I have been doing my own taxes for a while I decided this year I would go to the professionals. The staff at this establishment were pleasant, very professional and the environment was extremely clean! The level of customer service that they all displayed was not short of superb. Ms. Martin was patient with answering all my questions and ensuring that I was satisfied when I left the store. I will definitely be returning next year and recommending all my family and friends!!!

So in the middle of the pandemic i am in the process of moving, i call to ask about something very simple...an early tax advance. All i asked was does it end on the 19 (which was that day) or the 23rd of January. I was told the 23rd of January. So relieved i wait until Monday...just to get told that service had ended last Friday. ud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2d Please educate your tax preparers better to have knowledge about your services.
