Carolyn Jones has shown herself to quite knowledgeable in this field. we appreciate her accuracy and attentions to details. It's been a pleasure to last two years to have her as our expertise tax accountant. We have been clients for 29 years ,never had a problem always professionalism. We were concern when after 20 years with Barbara that the quality wouldn't be the same, however the next tax accountant from HR Block was just as good.

Donna Bell is excellent and very informative. Donna is patient and is willing to answer any and all questions about filling taxes and refunds. Donna Bell is why I continue to come and recommend family and friends to H & R Block Matteson, IL. Location. Also the receptionist that was in the office 2-1-21 at 9:00 am was a pleasure, I have been coming to H & R Block for years and she is the most pleasant receptionist ever.
