Visited while walking the mall. The sales associate sees me and immediately points me towards the clearance rack with no regard to what I was looking for. I've visited other locations and didn't receive this treatment. Won't be returning and spending money at this location; hopefully this is the only one with snotty associates. If I find this behavior consistent with the brand, they'll get no more funds and a report to the BBB.
Had the last 9 1/2 display bootsI liked. some minor scratches didn’t like the fact their were the display ones so I ask if he could order me new ones. Got the new pair 10 day later and send me the display boots. Not sure if it was a mistake but when I did order them they gave me some attitude fro some guy with big round glasses. Most likely I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Didn’t even send me the right box for the boots.

Great outlet store! I'll be back for this awesome boot. Went to the Fashion Outlet to check out some UGG boots but Johnston & Murphy surprised me with a great looking fur boot.
As the world of retail continues to transform and become more digital and online, there still is no replacement for exceptional in-store experience. This is the experience I had working with The store manager, John Gallione, at JohnstonMurphy. Walking in with no plan and having many options to choose from never works well. Having the right roadmap, providing a variety to choose from while educating me on current fashion trends and personal fit made all the difference and lead to the right purchase.
