We rented an Airbnb here which was outstanding and the best we have ever experienced. The inside living quarters were well appointed and well stocked with soap, towels, and service items. The appliances were extremely excellent quality and new high end machines. Very pleasant host, who went out of his way to take care of us.

Do not move here! This community is plagued with continuous water issues due to an out dated water system. They raised rents by $50 a month this year despite COVID leaving many people jobless. Their security seldom shows up if at all. Now to top the list there is a RAT problem and they are not doing anything about it. The residents need to hire their own pest company and pay monthly for that in addition to their crazy rent increase.

Horrible management you call the office during work hrs no one answers you will better possibility someone to answer after there work hrs just to tell you they will call you back and they never do .... we have been trying to get a hold of them for several days and at this point nothing . Horrible issue with the parking you pay for a parking a month just to have someone park and not move and when you call they say let me take your information and nothing horrible .

Visiting a very nice Family friends, very nice, calm and quiet place, I like the area

i will say half and half there a lot of security and metallic and chemical water
