Nice small USPS branch located in Norwood Park. Sometimes service is a little slow, and I mean pre-pandemic too. However the staff members are nice and helpful.
Slow, but nice staff. Convenient parking.
The women that work here at BRUTAL. Terrible attitudes & rude to all the customers. From what I’ve witnessed & experienced. Shame that this is the closest one to my home & I would rather drive out of my way than to deal with these employees. You guys hire just about anyone now a days huh. Yikes. Thumbs down.
Laddies at the desk argued with me about there Priority Mail service. Refused to take my packages simply because they were in priority mail flat rate boxes. Paid for priority mail choose your dimensions and weight. I’ve done this over a hundred times in the past 5 years and never had them refuse to take my packages or assist me with my questions. I HIGHLY recommend not going to this post office.
I've always been greeted with friendly smile and service when I've gone into this post office. I know staff is stretched thin but they're doing great.
