Unprofessional stuff, the rude lady make your experience the worst, she always busy watching instagram videos , and you have to ask a question more than once so she can give u a half answer from here nose, she hate her job and she is unfriendly human being .nUsps must do smtg about the customer service, no wonder others service getting good reputation compared to the usps's shity service.
Horrible customer service, the lady who is in the front has absolutely terrible attitude
The main clerk refused to ship my box bc I was reusing a box with FedEx printed on it despite the fact there was no markings on or what so ever and the mailing label was USPS prepaid label. She stated, “We don’t advertise for the competition.” I’m sorry, your NOT A PRIVATE BUSINESS, you are tax payer funded, which means you ship my box no matter what’s on it if it’s not dangerous or in violation of federal law.
I went there today and the staff told me they don’t ship any international mails due to the COVID-19. But I checked on the USPS website suspension list, my destination country doesn’t show on that list. I double checked with the staff, but she insisted they don’t accept any international mails for now. However,I successfully sent it out from another USPS store on the same day.
The system is not working a couple days already. And the lady says I don’t know when will work again.Why then you guys open when you say :“ I can’t do anything”?
