I can only speak to our personal experience: we feel like they do an amazing job. We’ve lived here almost 3 years and only ever had 2 instances where a package didn’t get delivered when it was expected: and in both cases the office was super helpful in diagnosing and fixing the issue (and both packages did ultimately make it to us). I’ve lived in places where the local post office has a “don’t care, not my problem” attitude and I’m thankful that in Park Ridge they do seem to genuinely care.

This post office in Park Ridge, Ill, in the past 5-6 years ( after so many changes at the front desk, and delivery persons) became a joke!nThe customer's service is not existent . The delivery personnel , with exception of excellent - LARRY, can make so many mistakes in the delivery of mail to the home l addresses. Twice, in the past month the packages were left at wrong home address! The last one, on 8/2/2020 AM addressed to me for 1528 Grove ave, has been delivered/left on the steps of 1520 Grove. Fortunately, I watched the delivery truck, as I was anticipated the package and went to that address to check. And as I anticipated ,my package was there, so I retrieved it. After letting the owner of 1520 Grove know , what happened.nI guess some of the present post office people are not capable to read, or they hate their job! What is going on? Is there a rule now, that only person(s) with minimum qualifications can be hired by Park Ride, Ill post office?
One single employee behind the counter while no less than 20 people wait in line. The equipment for use to do it yourself is broken.nnThe place is a disaster. I waited 20 mind in line and moved up to spaces in that time. Didn't even get into the room that had A/C and of course I had my mask on the whole time as did everyone else, including old people, and we were just left standing in that heat. I had meat and other food in my car so I had to leave as it was stifling out. Today I'll go to DHL across the street.
how does this place stay in business? rude and no help at all, probably never see my package again. says its been there since the 25 of june, its now the 13 of july and the boy tells me its been shipped out....no it hasnt
