They left me waiting in the cold night today outside church. I've got locked out of my car with my keys inside. I called 3 times. First they said they'll send someone. Then they said it will be impossible tonight because they have accidents and crimes to take care all night. They forcast it I guess. Finally friends from church were able to help me.
Absolutely astonishing police work!nThese the guys here to serve and protect. I can clearly see they truly love our community and I wish I could do more than just leave a comment that they will never read.
Thank you to the police officers today. My self and my kids were doing the parent switch off that we do at the police department parking lot. We were waiting for my kids dad to come pick them up. The police officer came to check on us to make sure we were ok. I told they we were ok and they invited the kids to come out of the car and they put the lights on and gave the kids a treat. They loved it. I am so pleased with how nice the police are in this town. Thank you for all that you do. My kids will never forget this nice gesture. Thank you again!
Our experience with the Des Plaines Police Dept has been nothing but exemplary. Very responsive to calls, exceptionally polite and professional when they have been in the store or on the street. We support our men and women in blue and black 100%!
