I would recommend Rick's very highly. They located a broken sanitary pipe in our basement / provided a very reasonable quote / Secured the permit / showed up on time / and replaced 30' of sewer pipe without any damage to our home or yard. Jay and his crew are just great!!

Used a different plumber with mailed coupons who recommended digging up my lawn with an impenetrable blockage. Called Ricks next and they rodded through the blockage in a few minutes. Promised to arrive in 2 hours and showed up in 1 hour. Charged me what they said on the phone. Gave some suggestions for maintenance instead of major work in the future. Pleasant and professional the whole time. Worth it to skip the coupon discount guys .

Came on time, 10 minutes rodded out my outdoor clean out, charged 295, expensive. Asked plumber to do my outdoor drain in my stairwell, he said that's another charge
