Jeff was my Service Technician. He was polite and friendly, and very professional. I really appreciated his assessment and recommendation on my water heater situation - Jeff explained what he saw and why he was recommending what he did, as well as offered several options for how we could solve our issue. The folks I spoke with to set up my appointment we’re very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and in my experience, Jeff! Thanks again!

Had the pleasure and blessing to have Jeff Stanek as my technician. I had a fairly serious leak to the hot water line under my kitchen. The leak damaged the underneath cabinet and cabinets themselves.nJeff arrived, assessed the problem and advised me what would need to be done. He did explain the parts needed and costs. My bad, I should have questioned the cost at that time. In retrospect, I'm not sure why I needed to replace the entire faucet vs replace the hot water line?nJeff was efficient and professional. Although it took a little longer than I had expected, the works was done correctly. In fact he came up with a creative way to resolve a secondary issue. I would use Bishop again, please send Jeff.

ASK FOR JEFF!!! We have called Bishop Plumbing out a few times but our most recent technician Jeff Stanek is by far the most polite and knowledgeable plumbers to come out to our home. He properly explained to us why we have been having a consistent clog in our kitchen sink, and how to properly address the issue in the long term. Jeff takes the time to properly inspect the issue and explain it to the customer so they have a proper understanding.

Just moved to Des Plaines and needed some plumbing work done. What I thought was one small thing turned into an all day affair of much needed updates. Joe was fantastic! I love Bishop's flat rate fee scale rather than per hour. Joe treated me like family, helped me make the best choices for the situation and help determine which things needed to be done immediately and which things I could plan for a wait on. They were great!

Bought a new home in October that we knew needed some plumbing work. We've had service done 3 times so far with Bishop and each time has been a great experience. They give detailed quotes, walk you through what they are going to need to do, and then give you a very thorough overview of the work completed. Jeff and Luke were both amazing. Highly recommend!
