Rigo was so kind, professional and responsive from start-to-finish! I was having some issues with low water pressure and temperature settings in my bathroom for weeks and had 2 other plumbing services assess the situation only to ghost me on the project. Rigo corrected their assessments and fulfilled the work order in a very timely fashion, and went above and beyond coming back for a 2nd visit to tweak a few things after the first repairs. He was very detail oriented and courteous and I plan on saving his number as I buy my first home this year! I highly recommend giving him call if you're looking for expedient service with a very knowledgeable and experienced technician.

I had a great experience with All Town Plumbing. Rigo is professional and extremely polite. He replaced an ejector pump for me at a great price (better then competitor quote). I also needed a tub stopper and he fixed a few other things included in the price. He also checked in with me after heavy rain for an issue I was having with backup (Des Plaines problems). I let him know about basement water when he checked in and he answered all my questions through text to help as best he could. He even offered to let me borrow a floor fan!!! How nice!!! I am thankful for a plumber I can trust and will use him for all my plumbing needs!!

We had ejector pump replacement done today by All Town Plumbing. I was very satisfied with their services. The job was done on a timely manner and the price was affordable! The plumber was also great and he accommodated questions I have regarding our basement pipe problems.

Rigo is a life-saver! He came out in an emergency when our basement was flooding and replaced the sump pump and did some other work to fix the water flow problems. He was very professional and also looked for the best solution to our plumbing issue not the most expensive solution like we have experienced with other plumbers. I highly recommend him.
