Amazing response time. I was having issues with my water heater tanks. Tim the owner was the only plumber to give a quote via text message and not charge for a visit. (Which obviously won’t work for everything)nHe’s polite, on time, cleaned up after himself, and prices were significantly better vs a large company. He knew I wanted to occasionally drain my tanks so he put a handle on them to make it easier... very thoughtful.nCannot recommend him enough. I definitely will use him in the future. Thanks Tim!

I would give Tim and Practical Plumbing 10 stars if I could.nnTim answered my call right away, booked the appointment in minutes, showed up early wearing a mask, and respected my home enough to put booties on over his shoes before entering. I also have two very overbearing dogs to which Tim didn't flinch.nnWork was quick and included shopping time. Price was far lower than I anxiously anticipated and everything is working perfectly. Tim was professional and courteous. He removed all the nasty debris and you couldn't even tell we had work done after he'd finished cleaning up.nnExcited to refer Tim and Practical Plumbing to family and friends!
