Food was so delicious. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. The bill was fair for the quality of food. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I liked.
The food and bubble tea were fine but the staff! I can't tell what's wrong with them. It seems like they don't want to work and are more focused on their phones. I have been here multiple times and it's always that same slow service. Everytime I sit down in the restaurant section, no one is there to take your order. I have to find the staff to let them know I want to order. Most of the time I find them at one corner behind the counter focused on the phone.nnNo one is manning the restaurant counter!!
Frequent patron, come in there at least twice a week. They make my mango milk tea and popcorn chicken so well. If I ever have any requests, they are quick to address it. Some of them even know my order already when I come in, makes the whole experience even more personable. :)
Honestly my favorite evening place. If it wasn't far from my work I would come by more.
I had bubble tea in San Francisco many years ago and loved it so I stopped in to try it at chatime. It was not the same thing, but I thought I would give it a try. While the staff were nice and the service was good the drink tasted so artificial I couldn't finish it.
