These guy have been killing it for me for many years. I own a roofing business here in Chicago and occasionally have interior work like painting and drywall that needs to be done for homeowners. Johnny and his team are my go to guys.nAwesome communication and even better execution. What can I say about Johnny and his crew that hasn't been said in every review? I hired Johnny for two reasons. First was the stellar reviews he got here and elsewhere, but also because I had quite a bit of other work to do before the painting began, and he was able to take care of all of that. He and his crew took down two-story mirrors in my living room, and a seven-panel mirror in my dining room. They not only switched out two light fixtures, but had to move one. They also hung blinds and replaced all of the switch plates and cold air returns that I left out. I was very impressed with the work Irving (who seemed to be the crew leader) did, and the patience he had when I kept asking him about a few odd places that needed to be painted. Several times Irving asked me questions or asked for clarification, to make sure the details were the way I wanted them. Although the amount of sanding they had to do is always going to leave dust, they thoroughly cleaned up at night. I had a good part of my house painted, which included two coats and cathedral ceilings, plus the aforementioned repair work, and they were completely done in two days. Lastly, as has been stated, Johnny is very timely and professional in his response, and with all of the questions I had.
I just had Jonny and his crew paint four bedrooms in our house and it was perfect from start to finish. Amazingly easy process with great communication throughout, perfect work and super efficient and quick. Thank you!
I am waiting for Johnny to return and fix the failed crack repairs. Two large cracks appeared about 6 weeks after Johnny did some repairs and painting. The cracks are in the exact spots as the repairs. A plasterer friend told me they shouldn't fail this quickly, if at all. Johnny tried to say my house must have settled. Yes, but the repairs should last at least 2-3 years. Now he has not returned my texts or phone calls. Very disappointed.
I previously posted a negative review and have been trying to fix it. Hope this one takes. JC did a great job but then some plaster cracks came back. JC was out of town so didn't respond right away so I posted a negative review. Well it turns out he was out of town, and has now come back and made everything good. He and his crew do nice work, are professional and clean up after the job. As you can see, if there is a problem JC will make it right. So I recommend them.
