It was a pleasure dealing with Nick at Infinity Pro. The team was great, caused no worries, cleaned up very well after replacing my downspouts, and the quote was spot on. They don’t overcharge for their services, are great to deal with and are on time. This same group has been coming out to clean our gutters for both my neighbor and me, and we feel very comfortable with everything they’ve worked for for the past two years. We will continue to use them for our gutter maintenance and any other issues that may come up. I totally recommend them for any gutter related work.
My downspout disconnected from a gutter on my home that is hard to reach after a heavy rainfall. I contacted a couple other places for an estimate but none got back to me. I contacted Infinity Pro through their website and received an e-mail shortly after from Nick who said they could come out tomorrow for an estimate. Nick contacted me the next day with a fair and reasonable estimate and was able to fix the issue for me that same day. He even went ahead and cleaned out all the gutters on my house for me. He took before and after pictures to show how it all looked. He gave me an estimate for gutter guards to help prevent this problem in the future. I was very pleased on all levels with the service, responsiveness, and professionalism of Nick. I'd definitely use Infinity Pro again. Thanks Nick!!
