This use to be my go to Taco Bell until today... If I could rate this Taco Bell zero stars I would. We were really nice to the employees, and politely ask if we could change something in our order. Once we did, they started giving us an attitude. So we thought nothing of it and just continued on with paying them. Once we got to the window, they started laughing at us when we pulled up.. I’m not sure what we did, but we ignored it and just got our food. Once we got our food and opened the bag, everything was spilled out of the wrappers and my taco meat from my order was all over the boxes.. I’m really disappointed with this experience and I hope they hire better employees :(

Been coming here regularly for 5 years now, usually great service, never any complaints. However, today whoever was working at 9pm was awfully rude when I asked her a simple question.

I do not eat meat or beans. Instead I asked for a little extra lettuce, tomato, and sour cream with out being charged extra since I am not getting meat or beans. He said that he has to charge me because I am getting extra. Getting extra what, the lettuce, tomato, and sour cream probably cost them less than the poor cow that lived a horrible life only to then be slaughtered. So I am being penalized because I do not want to eat nasty meat and beans.

I don't understand why they scimp out on all the sauces. Having done further research the cost of a sauce packet for taco bell is 1 cent per 1000 sauces. I would of thought taco bell would rather please the customer then try and save a cent or two on each order. Don't get me wrong I love the franchise as a whole. But this one location really bothers me. I have contacted corporate and reported the very poor service here. I hope they change for the better since this location is very close to me. I will now be driving 10 mins down the road because they have been getting my orders correct.

It was prepared like I wanted it. The staff cared to pay attention to minor details. Make sure they: stir the rice, let it steam. Give the sauces that the customer asks for, unless it's way over their allotted amount.
