I had one bad experience with this post office and did a survey. They called me right away. I really was mad because they weren’t fair. But except that one time, they are really great. Always kind, helpful, and nice. Maybe not the fastest but still doing good.
The Des Plaines post office has the worst employees and customer support I ever seen in my life. If you have an issue with your package it is guaranteed they will not solve your problem. If I was the Postmaster General I would fire everyone in the Des Plaines office and start all over with new faces.
Had a confirmed appt for passport renewal. Came in to find out the office was closed and I was told by the mail side that they canceled all their appointments for the day and that I should've received a voice message stating that. I didn't get a vm or an email canceling my appt. My husband took a day off from work for this appt because both parents are needed to get a minor's passport. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Terrible terrible 3 day priority mail takes 7 to 8 days how is this possible.What is going up with packages????? Teribble people who work there rude so unhelpful.Somwone need to change this because it's unacceptable. The most rude people work there .Carol is the most unfriendly mad angry woomen you can ever meet. This location should be closed or workers trained how to treat costumers.
Today I went for passport and was very pleased with the service provided. I was in line and just before the appointment time the clerk asked if we were there. The lady at counter was very professional, helpful, and friendly
