Nice, cozy place with many varieties from Eastern Europe. Hot deli available in store.
Pretty much everything you need from Bulgaria, just mind the expiration dates on the products, otherwise pretty happy that I have that store nearby!!!
Got all the stuff I miss. Rakia, Sirene und Banitza.
I shop here once or twice an year. Last time I came was just after Christmas 2020, and I haven't noticed this with other food stores, but the prices seem have gone up on the account of quality that went down. I assume the traditional Bulgarian food became artisanal for Chicago, or the Covid-19 restrictions devastated this business as well. Hopefully, it's not the latter because I know many people that like this place and shop a lot from here. If you're not Bulgarian most likely there's almost nothing that you could miss from this store.
