Had a good selection of items but was out of stock on the luggage I wanted to buy. I still bought several purses and feel tge price was very good. Staff was helpful service was fast. I will be back

I was very disappointed with this location. I went over Presidents’ Day weekend because it is one of the few times a year I get off and I wanted to treat myself to a coach bag. I arrive to find out the store was not only closed but would be for an indefinite period of time. I was upset because I have been a loyal customer to coach for years and to think on one of the busiest shopping weekend of the year the store was closed and they could not say when they would reopen. This was not the first time I have had a problem with this location, they have been rude before to me and the last time I was there the person I spoke to forgot about me being in the store and started to help other people when I asked for help finding a bag! I ended up taking my business to their competitor right across the way, Kate spade, and let me tell you the service was a lot better, the product was very well made, and they were open. I am sorry but this experience on top of the last time attending will make me think before ever going back to coach again.
