My wife and I bought her bands and wedding ring at this location 3 1/2 years ago. Debbie was one of the best ladies I have ever worked with hands down. She did not force anything on us at all. She was personable and straight up. We plan on upgrading my wife's bands soon. Thank you helzberg for making our day, especially you Debbie!!!!!!!!! P.s. the quality of the diamonds are phenomenal and consistent!

My fiancée and I worked with Karen and Jack the Jeweler to make an enhancement to the ring with which I had proposed. Jack was unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process. He evaluated the ring, explained everything he was doing thoroughly, and got the work done very quickly. Jack is incredibly talented. Karen was also extremely helpful and patient with us throughout the process. Even though it took us a bit of time to make our final decision on the end product, Karen wanted to make sure our needs were met. My fiancée and I are thrilled with our experience here and are very appreciative of the customer service that Karen and Jack provided. The ring is gorgeous.

We just happened to stop by after getting the kids some buildabears and looked into the free ear piercing with earring purchase. Jennifer was amazing with my two girls!!!!! I have had bad experiences in the past at Claire’s that ended us up in the ER. Jennifer made me feel so comfortable and she was so informative about after care and how to use the solution they give you. It’s now a couple hours later and there’s no redness or swelling they look great! Thank you so much!!!!!!!
