The other day I went to this location and had the BEST experience! I was doing some holiday shopping and a lovely lady named Tatiana helped me! She was the sweetest girl ever! She answered all of my questions regarding the rings and charms. She was so knowledgeable about everything felt like I was speaking with a manger and not just an associate. Especially with so many people coming in for the holidays, she kept her focus on me. Definitely coming back and visiting Tatiana with future purchases.

Loved it. I went to go buy Christmas gifts and was helped by an amazing staff member. I believe her name was Tatiana. She was super friendly and helped me find something that was right for each person I was buying for in a really timely manner. It also felt as if I wasn’t talking to a salesperson but rather someone genuinely trying to help. 10/10 loved it and would defiantly ask for Tatiana again.

I went here to find some Christmas gifts. Tatiana helped me with everything. She was amazing at finding gifts that are personal and within my budget. I recommend this store to anyone, and I especially recommend Tatiana’s help. I will definitely come back to find more!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I’ve been here multiple times and some staff are great. I recently went on Monday and the African American girl in front with braids was rude to me and everyone in line. She was rude to the other employees too! She had no respect for anyone and was starting an argument with another worker by the booth outside. All because the other worker was simply correcting her about something. The way her attitude was makes your location look horrible. I’ve been here before and have never seen an employee act like that here or any other location. She either needs to be talked to or let go.
