I bought a ring set 2-3 weeks ago and they rusted instantly. I went back and nicely asked for a refund only because I expect the price they charged me for the rings to be at least stainless steal, gold plated, or better quality. $17 for a ring. How is it that after one wash of hands they turned bad? No refund or even an exchange offer was given. Disappointed ud83dude14

This place is horrible. I went in to return some rings that I bought because they were too big. They first refused to take the return stating that the rings were not in the original position on the piece of cardboard that it came out. So, I fixed it and went to return it again. They still said no, but then gave me attitude about it saying, “how would you feel if someone did it to you? And why do you want to return it?” Like it wasn’t a big deal to fix it yourself and give me the money back. I won’t be back.
