I visited last week with my daughter she is two years old for her ear piercing. Maria was there and she was extremely rude with us and behaved so bad with my daughter. I have been visiting this locations for many years but this associate Maria is something else. She should be polite specially with the little ones. I decided not to do piercing for my daughter with her. I am surprised to see claires is hiring these type of associates.
My daughter got her ears pierced here & they did a great job. The girl was very patient with us. And her piercings look awesome!!

The lady that worked ther is extremely rude. She opened the store after 10am. The website says the store opens at 10am. Smh...
Took my cousin to get earrings for her.I think the girls name was Maria was very impolite and rude, just had a terrible experience with the employee will not be going back again! Don't recommend this place as a go to spot, go elsewhere. Was not well attended or asked if needed help to find anything.
