We drove all the way here from mount Prospect we called and confirmed that his charging $10 to replace the battery I told him I have G-Shock 3 of them and 2 invicta he said that’s fine the cost of the battery replacement $10 when I got there he said I charge extra $5 for brand name watches like G-Shock and Invicta!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional don’t bother to go there .

Stopped by for a replacement watch band. Owner was cordial, helpful. Even gave me new stem/bar for watch band as other was very flimsy. Satisfied. Will use next time. Thank you. .

This guy has the worst attitude and customer service ever. Stopped by for a new watch strap and couldn’t believe how rude. For absolutely no reason. Don’t even waste your time going there.
