This place is so unprofessional. They are thieves! They jacked up the price for their services and barely provided anything. When I called to ask for an invoice the man who answered did not identify himself, refused to provide the invoice while raising his voice at me, and hung up. No one answered when I called back several times. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I would like to respond to the previous review by BW on behalf of the decedent’s family. I am the daughter of the deceased and the aunt of BW. BW is the granddaughter of the deceased.nnI would like to sincerely apologize to the funeral director. I don’t know why BW posted this review as her comments are not at all accurate. She was not involved in any part of the process. My father’s funeral contract decisions and payments were all made by my mother, her daughter-in-law, and myself. BW is not authorized to ask the funeral director for an invoice. However, as a curtesy, a copy of the invoice was shared with BW.nnI would like to reiterate that the service was excellent and the whole team did their absolute best to accommodate our needs during this extremely difficult time. There were no issues whatsoever and our family is nothing but grateful for their help.nnI would like to ensure you once again that the funeral service was professional and very accommodating to our every need. In the future, I will continue to ask River Woods Funeral for help whenever we need their assistance. I would like to thank the director and everyone at the funeral home who worked hard to take care of us and my deceased father.
