I have had the opportunity to work with both Lauren (master electrician) and Rob (master HVAC specialist) with respect to my home. They were both fantastic! Lauren installed a new outlet in my home and gave me an overview of ways to improve my home's electrical system and Rob went through my HVAC and repaired numerous deficiencies with it.nnI would HIGHLY recommend them both and Gold Shield Services generally as well!
Lauren and Brandon did an exceptional job. Beautiful work, friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier. They were at my house for almost an entire day and worked with me to come up with the perfect solution. I will be using them again when a project arises.
My A/C went out during our 90+degree days. I called Gold Shield because I Saw many good reviews. From booking the initial appointment to getting a new A/C and furnace installed they are top notch. My main service tech was Isaac and he was awesome. He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing. Very satisfied! They had a tech out quickly after I called. The AC stopped in our house and I was not handling the 87 degree heat very well!nThey quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue, and the cost was very reasonable. I really appreciated the fact that they weren’t trying to upsell me or convince me to buy a new AC unit. Very honest, knowledgeable company that we will definitely do business with again!
