This is my second time going and the cashier is so disrespectful saying ignorant comments always trying argue with me. Just cause he offered me a bag I said no thank you and his like don't you know Spanish he so rude and the first time going in there he was disrespectful as well and the lady who was mopping today with curly hair told me can't you see I'm mopping u could've gone the other they have poor customer service.
If I could give zero stars I would. I used their car wash and my gas cover came off during the wash. I asked the guy that was working there if I can run in an check to see if my car part is there but there were cars going through the wash. He told me once they closed down the wash at 10pm he’d go inside and check for me to come back the next day. So I called the following day and the man was very rude told me he doesn’t have time to check and that he’s by himself. I told him that they were suppose to look for me he told me he’s too busy and can’t do it. Their car wash took it off I would not use their wash. I think they have poor management and people who are so rude. I’m sorry but if you’re not meant for customer service don’t own a gas station. I will never come back to this gas station again!
They play obnoxious advertisements at the pump! If I have to listen to ads, at least give a discount, but they charge more.
Clean place and good gas pump price.
This Shell gas station is a great store that I do love I have been shopping here for as long as I can remember it has as everything I need it is so very nice and clean the price of the gas is pretty nice as they have a discount card they take and the store it self is very big as I wish all gas stations would be like this and to have as clean of bathrooms as they do.
