This was my first time visiting Lotus Car Wash & Detail. I have to say that the service they have provided is really excellent. And to my shock, there was one person ( stefan) who worked on my car by himself and cleaned it completely. If you live near Arlington Heights / Mount Prospectn/ Schaumberg/ Elk Grove Village, Lotus Hand Car Wash is the best around!nI got the interior detail service which costed about 145$ with tax

My mom spilled the milk in the back floor of the car that created some mold and nasty smell, and kept dragging to clean it up. After just few days, i said Ok she doesn't have time and it's still cold outside so i took her car to this guy after reading reviews for all car detailing in the area.nnMe and my mom are ultra detail oriented. We never used any service like this before because we thought no one will do a better job than ourselves. I mean why would say care about my car as much as myself?nnDamn was i wrong lol. This guy cleaned every single corner, every single gap, everything he could reach was cleaned. He also used ozone and uv light treatments to kill the bacteria, really good recommendations since my mom grew some mold lol. It was flawless, he is very detail oriented. The car smells fantastic. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Will definitely come back.

This place is ok not all that nobody take care the appearance the drive thru is horrible needs to fix the road also some of the buttons on the wash don't work properly so sad years ago it was nice not no more ud83dude22

After 6 years of neglect and 2 children, my Range Rover was in desperate need of a little love. Lotus Hand Car Wash did a great job cleaning up the leather, the mats, doors...every nook and cranny. Almost looks like new.

Best hand car wash and detail! Stefan is amazing and takes care of the cars like if it was it's own. From wash to details he is the best.
