Stopped in today for service. No one at the office area. Walked around and made my presence known to two employees. Was completely ignored. Still waited for someone to show up. Continued to be ignored.nnLeft and I’m never coming back and won’t be recommending this place. I had high hopes.nnThis was one of about five places I stopped in and was ignored. Once I find a place with some basic customer service, like “hey we will be with you in a moment” and other common courtesies I will tip them what I would have paid in all the places I was ignored combined.nnThe quality of the work may be good but your customer service SUCKS.

Went to get my car washed. They were shoveling the entrance. I stopped and waited for them to let me through. They looked at me for 5 minutes and then told me, sorry we are closed.nnIts also not a hand car wash. It goes through the machines which can scratch ur car

Very disappointed. Went for a hand car wash and after being greeted and given a price, I was denied service just because I asked that the car seat be removed for a thorough cleaning. The gentleman said he would ask and when he came back he said that they couldn’t because they were to busy. There were only 2 guys and each were working on 1 car. Really? I was in shock. What business turns away a potential client who is willing to pay for their desired service. In the end it was there loss and I will definitely not recommend this place. I usually don’t give reviews, but this I had to share. I ended up going to another place which proved to have great service, great price and friendly and caring staff. I wish I could’ve given 0 stars but it wasn’t an option.

I am not happy with an outcome of their job. I am not picky but working on black color requires knowledge and skills. Touch up job poorly done and very visible. I specifically asked if they know how to do it of course statement was YES but finish product not good. I understand businesses are eager for business but touch ups require patience and skills. I would not go back there again. I am very upset as now vehicle requires more work.
