Audi Morton Grove

To start off, Excellent staff! We were upside on one of our cars and the staff worked with us to get us into a new car when other dealerships said that nothing can be done. Our salesman, Daniel, is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Jasmine, our sales manager, helped us out and worked with us relentlessly to get us into an amazing car with an amazing deal! Tom, our finance person also worked to get us great financing! In general, everyone was extremely friendly from the minute you walk in. Highly highly recommended dealership!

My wife & I purchased a new Q7 and we could not be happier with the vehicle. We looked at every brand in that category and settled in on the Q7 (Best decision we have made) Paul was our salesman and he did an outstanding job throughout the whole process. We even went back a couple of weeks later so that my wife could get educated on how to operate all of the toys. I highly recommend seeing Paul and that beautiful showroom.

Paul was amazing. He is the typical pushy car salesman I’ve experienced elsewhere. He was very knowledgeable about Audis, took the time to go over the car features and also showed me around the service area to understand what sets this dealership apart from others. Based on his performance I would give a 5; however, all the negotiations was done with a manager. She had no respect for your time. I kept saying best offer and I don’t need to car as they would not budge. They wanted a premium for their car and wouldn’t even give me market rate for mine. Typical car sales experience I know, but her attitude and talking down left a bad taste. If I had to rate based on her, I would give a 1 star. To be honest, the dealership could save a ton of money by cutting out the middleman (manager). It’s like she didn’t have any car sales experience. Learn to respect people’s time as there is no reason I should have been there for 5 hours.

I have bought a beautiful A6 Premium Plus from this dealership a week ago for my birthday, and I couldn't be more happier with the purchase. This is the second car that I have purchased from them and my overall experience is very satisfactory.nnThe customer service that they provide is far superior than any other dealerships that you have probably worked with in the past. From the introduction with their team, onto the showcase and testing the vehicle, and later to finalizing the purchase process, everything went in as painless as it could be.nnIf any other reviewer might state that the vehicles are a little more expensive than other dealerships, you have to be aware and consider the amount of packages and benefits that this dealership will offer you. For example, other dealers will charge you extra for maintenance that has to be done to the vehicle, from brakes and tires, to oil changes and inspections. Well, Audi of Morton Grove is covering for that including a car wash every time that you stop by their dealership.nnFrom my past experience with other dealers at this sales capacity, this is the only dealership that will never sell or enclose information about a vehicle that possibly suffered severe damage or might have hidden malfunction issues. Their main goal is to make sure that the client is fully satisfied with the purchase, and to ensure safety of the vehicle that was purchased as well.nnThis review is solely based on my overall customer service experience, and I want to thank again Paul, Chris, and Thomas for making it possible.
