I don't know that anyone can ever say that buying a car is a pleasant experience. It's a huge expense and there are a lot of stressors involved. That being said, my experience at AutoNation Honda O'Hare was about as smooth and as pleasant as I could expect. Patricia was a great salesperson. She drove the car I wanted to my house and allowed me to test drive it - this was great due to both the pandemic and having other family considerations to deal with during the day. Agreeing upon a price was easy and I was happy to see that the offer I received was in line with my own research. My accepted offer was a bit lower than the average sale price of cars in the area. Patricia was attentive and professional and it was a bit surreal dealing with her, since she used to be a student at the high school I teach at. The car is terrific and AutoNation has done a great job in following up with me about the purchase. Again, buying a car is stressful, but Patricia and the folks at AutoNation made it less so.

Longtime Honda lease customer here, and I've dealt with dealers I like and some I didn't. This is a dealer I loved. I didn't have to haggle at all, I presented them with a deal, they more than beat it. The process was super smooth, and the only surprise was that my payment went down a few dollars when I went to sign. I got such a good deal that my ex-husband purchased with them a few days later. Mary is the absolute best, ask for her. You will not regret it! I won't be doing business with anyone else in the future.

It was fantastic working with Harvey. He was very helpful and fair and didn’t make us feel like he was pushing anything. He truly seemed to want to make sure we had a good experience. He even delivered the car to us and made the signing very quick even with our two boys running around wild. We love our car and had a great experience, thanks Harvey!

One again I had an amazing experience! Josh Grant was again looking out for my best interests...no unnecessary checks or charges. He took the time to go over everything with me and explained the details of what my vehicle needed. There is a reason I drive 40 minutes to get my car serviced here. I recommend this place to anyone and I will always return for any check ups.

Absolutely LOVE MY CAR! My sales guy Antonio was amazing! He was very patient with me and how indecisive I was with what I wanted and after constant phone calls and text messages he showed me the car he thought I would like and boy was he right! I am in love my my civic hatchback from the color to the equipment! It was fast and painless! I recommend you to check them out! Thank you to everyone that made this car buying experience so great!
