No wonder why this branch have so many negative reviews.This branch is very poorly managed all the time you can see big long line, the bank teller working like they are doing the work for free slow liken hell Today I was in the bank for depositing money reached the counter after waiting in the line for 45 min, she ask ID I told her I forgot in my car but I have my debit card, mobile app, Driving license picture in my cell phone, she said no I want to see your real ID finally went back to car bring the ID show to her, she simply look at it, this the kind of customer relationship in that branch for a 12 average balance $32000 customer. Keep it up
Nicest constructed chase branch I been too yet, real big and nice service at this bank pretty crowded during the days
Horrible customer service dealt with the branch manager directly. As a veteran I do not endorse this branch for setting the bar for excellence in regard to customer service. Would not cash my checks would not let me close the account in cash because didn't have the account amount in available funds.

No drive thru. Only drive up ATM. Long waits. For some reason there are super long lines, and not many tellers at this location.
