This is worst bank ever!! First if you are senior citizen they wont help you at all the girl was nothing but hassle. Came up with all the excuses not to help. Stay away from this bank. Rude, mean, horrible, not nice but most of all we still couldn't get anything done. All my mom was trying to do was trying to get money out of her account and still we didn't get it. Ugh and frustrated with this bank. Go to chase bank they are the best!!!

30+ minutes to do a domestic wire transfer, equipment is not working they had to print documents out had me sign and told me someone from the bank will call me when the money transfers.
