I had an appointment today for 2pm. I showed up to a closed store. No call/message to notify me they were closing or a call to reschedule. I called the store and waited thinking perhaps they were out for lunch. No callback. Online hours say open till 3pm, phone line states open until 4pm. I won’t be returning, very unprofessional.
