It was my first time visiting with my baby Mia. Kelly and another girl I forgot her name were very professional and caring to our situation. New Year's Eve 2020 @ 2pm my usual vet closed, and they were only 3 minutes from my home.nI was desperate for my dog to see a vet, knowing that his condition was worsening by the hour and he likely needed to be euthanized.nnPremier Veterinary Group was prompt and helpful over the phone, as I was in a panic. Knowing that this was an emergency, and the facility was an emergency vet location, I was concerned the price would be exorbitant. Their prices are beyond fair and likely much less than the other 3 (non-emergency) veterinarians I have used before.nnThe fact Premier Veterinary Group was able to get us in right away was a relief, and they went over and above with their kindness and empathy.nAs soon as we arrived, the staff was ready for us, paperwork prepared. They were quickly able to get us into a room.nnI was stunned at the efficiency of the entire process, specifically being a first time client.nAll of the staff was professional, compassionate in regard to the situation at hand that we were about to lose our loved one.nnI am grateful for their staff, services, and I would trust Premier Veterinary Group with any of my beloved animals, whether they were at the end of their life, or had an emergency and would need care for a wound or any sort of testing and/or treatment.nnWithout reservation, I give Premier Veterinary Group my highest recommendation; I intend to refer friends, family, and strangers to this location in Orland Park.nRest in peace Emmett....

Last night we had to bring my dog here. In spite of having a long wait time, 6 hours, they said they would evaluate my dog immediately to determine if she needed immediate attention...just the way an ER should. She did need immediate attention & support, which they provided.nnThis is the 2nd time we've had to bring a pet here & we received great service both times.nnJust be prepared, you may have to take out a second mortgage to pay for the care.

Today (2/7/21) I had to put my cat, who was 20 years old, down and brought him to this location. The vet tech on the phone, the entire staff, and the vet were absolutely incredible. The assistant and vet took the time to walk me through the process and were just so loving and compassionate during the whole experience. Honestly, if I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would. I've had to put other animals down in the past at other animal hospitals and never felt more comforted throughout the process than anywhere else. I will recommend to everyone I know that this is an exceptional place to take your pet. Thank you to the staff that worked today during the time around 1pm. You all made one of the hardest days so comforting by being so sincere during my pets last moments of life.

Our fur baby was having trouble breathing on a weekend and this was the closest vet hospital open during that time. They took him in immediately and gave him the best care at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, there was no more that could be done and we had to make an end-of-life decision. They walked us through the entire process, let us be with our dog until the very end, and treated us with lots of compassion.
