All staff are very friendly, professional, and thorough. Dr. Craig spends time to make sure all questions are answered and understood. Glad to be back in the area again so I have a vet I can trust that does not over test but does what is needed. Thank you!
It's a 24hr facility with pretty easy check in via computer. But extreme wait time if urgent care is needed for other pets. My appointment went from 4p to almost 6p while I was 5min away enroute to facility. Then once I got to the door after waiting in car for time to expire time almost got pushed back again. But once inside the visit didn't take long at all. Great service minus long wait time. The visits are done by drop off at door wait in car.
Love that it is a family business. That I have my choice of Doctors. My dog Morgan loves all of you, and has no fear of going to you. He never wants to leave!nnNow, during the pandemic. Everything was handled very well. Waiting in the car for one of the nurses to come get Morgan. Dr. Ben Welbourne coming out to the car to comment on Morgan's good health. The nurse bringing my Morgan back to me along with his medication. All handled very smoothly! A++
