I had scheduled for a facial for my birthday when I got there I discovered that whoever booked my appointment did not book me for facial but for a massage instead. I accepted the massage which was very good by the way. However I tried to call and book an facial again recently since I was not able to get it last time. I called 2 days in a row and even left a voicemail I never got a response at all and no attempt to even reach back out to me . it took for me to have to use my girlfriend phone for them to answer my phone call . I was told there was no Esthetician and whoever the guy was who answered clearly knew who I was per the nature of the conversation which led me to believe I was intentionally ignored. I was going to come back and book another massage for myself and my girlfriend this time , they killed that with the VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It’s sad to say business like that make it hard for us to support each other. Not to mention I never received a call from the owner / management for the inconvenience the first time for screwing up my appointment for my birthday to at least show some type of concern about the situation .

I’ve never had a massage that relaxed me like the one I had today. I called at least 10 people to let them know how amazing this place is. I will be back, I am very much satisfied with my experience from the he beginning to thee end!!!

Awesome massage, very professional, focused on trouble spots as asked, great smelling massage oil. Johnathan was awesome. Friendly staff. Beautiful, clean, safe facility. I went in because of pulled muscle in my back. I was able to walk better and had less pain afterward. I plan to get a membership.
