I had an appointment back in December2020 & had to Re schedule cuz I was 10 min late. Well there is no actual sign that says the Business name on it. So I had my appointment. And the Groupon had said full body massage, hot stone, & oil treatment. But that’s not what i experienced. I feel like I was ripped off from what I paid for. & honestly not going to recommend this place to any of my friends.
Dominique did my lashes very rushed and a few were going different directions and they were not filled in completely. It's dim in that basement so I didn't notice right away. I text her about the situation and she wasn't able to accommodate me to fix the situation as she only responded to 1 text and ignored the other and did not care to fix the situation. I thought I'd try her 1 more time and asked to upgrade from volume to hybrid and she pretty much gave me volume still but charged hybrid price. I try to support black businesses but things like this make me stray away from them. I will never go to her again and will not recommend

I see that you guys have responded to me with false information. I booked an appointment with you through a Groupon. I have proof of the voice messages of the appointment confirmation and multiple messages of you asking to reschedule. It’s a shame you have to lie in order to boost the reputation of this place. Girls, stay away. It would be for your own good. This woman has no idea what “professional” is, considering that I’ve seen what amazing things other lash artists have done. It’s really not that hard to be considerate. This place isn’t worth your money!
Let me start off by saying black owned business, so friendly and professional the young lady makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed, the music and the energy was so amazing, she told me what facial products to use moisturizer with spf and some toner & I thought i needed some major changes, thank god. My face looked and felt amazing I had a glow when I went to my family outing with so many compliments. She has a customer for life, facials, lashes I want her to do it all from now on. Thank you so much I will definitely return again.
