Honestly I have had the worst time finding people who say what they mean and mean what they say. I had reached out to ESS last year when my claim got denied and I had to get repairs done. Someone never called me back and I was disappointed. Ali found out I needed roof work and well he reached out to me, honestly i wasn't the nicest and i wished to not work with him. He apologized for the mishap and vowed to make things right because he valued me as a customer. I had 5 appointments from roofers and not one showed up. My claim was approved this time but I had no roofer. I decided to give Ali a chance and I have never been happier! He has really gone out of his way, as I have read his reviews it seems this is just how he does business. Ali's crew did an awesome job from the flat roof to the interior I honestly have no complaints. My flat roof looks amazing and the interior was all completed in one day. I have referred him to my friends and family, he is truly my roof guy!!! I can honestly say that not only did he earn my business, but he also earned my trust and I can truly call him a friend now. Very glad there's still people out there who truly care about customer satisfaction.

Great company. Called for a quote came right out. Price was fair and accurate. Everything went as planned. Work was completed fast and correct. Great job on the windows, siding, and all the gutters! Extremely happy with everything! Highly recommend Ali and his teams they are the best!
