I'm in the process of renovating my basement. Upon removing the walls and ceiling, I noticed water dripping during a rain storm. After investigating, a contractor who replaced my chimney, identified that the rubber boot which is supposed to be around the plumbing exhaust pipe protruding from the roof was missing. My roof was installed by Durable Roofing and, apparently, they missed installing the rubber boot. I've contacted them 4 times, over 3 weeks, and have spoken to someone in their office about coming out to rectify the issue. I received a call back, once, from a gentleman who stated that he would come out the following day. However, he never showed. This is poor customer service and disturbing because it doesn't seem that they stand behind their work. Why do I need to beg and plead for Durable Roofing to correct this issue?

Had an estimate for a new roof in June of 2019 and then again in May of 2020. 1st estimate (house only) 5700. 2nd estimate (including attached garage) 12700. Hmmm.. Something doesn't seem right. More than double????

This place needs New Management. They don't return phone calls for estimates. I've been trying to get someone to come out and give me a estimate on my roof since June and still haven't gotten a call back and I called several times. So I went with another company and they did a terrible Job on my roof. So I tried to call Durable again this week and still no return phone calls. They're so unprofessional

Durable Roofing Company is a company I would work with over and over again if I have a project they can handle. This is because they are fast but precise. They will work with a plan that lets everything fall into place. The roof repair services I got from them are the best I have never got. I have been hiring a handy man to fix a small leak but the ‘fix’ does not last long. This has led to other expenses related to the damages caused by the leaking water. I decided to go with Durable Roofing Company after they fixed our roof at work. I never knew I would spend a small amount of money and get satisfactory results.

If there is something I loved when working with Durable roofing Company, it has to be their information and their efficiency. This company is without a doubt one of the best I have worked with. Most roofing companies that I talked to were not as transparent as I wanted them to be. One of my colleagues at work had his roof replaced by this company and recommended them for my commercial building roofing project. I am a guy who loves to have everything scheduled before work starts. I found the Durable roofing company guys organized since they laid down the plan and explained every step of the roofing process. When they started working, I noticed that they were following every step to the letter and this is what makes their work neat and completed in good time. I can now look at the roof and see where what I paid went to. This is not a company that uses trial and error methods, the professional experts know what they are doing and will complete your project beyond your expectations. I will soon be replacing my home’s roof and I know exactly who will handle the task.
