I called Kevin regarding my hot water heater and he was very responsive and professional. He had someone out within a couple hours to troubleshoot. Ultimately I ended up needing to replace my hot water heater and the installers did an amazing job. I have a finished basement with carpet, so they covered my carpet to make sure that it was protected. Also, they were on time and simply exceeded my expectations. I will be back for all of my plumbing needs. I will also recommend my friends/family.
This company is very well run. We had our main sewer line disconnect, causing a back-up into our home. They came out that night to check out the issue. They didn’t jump the gun with anything and came back multiple times, making sure the job was done right. They are so easy to get a hold of, explained everything thoroughly and did a wonderful job. Shout out to Zach, Dave and Collin- you all are amazing, friendly and great guys!!!
I’m renting our house and the Landlord trusted me to find a reliable, reasonable, and professional plumber. Upon googling best plumbers in Tinley - I made up my mind to select Kevin Szabo Jr Plumbing. I left a message and within minutes I got a call from them. Their scheduling gave me many options to fit around my work schedule. They came and installed a new valve and trim. They were on time and very professional. Definately will use them for all of our future repairs! Hands down the BEST!
They showed up and were very punctual. They were polite and very professional. They also gave me some background information on the old part they were replacing. They removed the old part and replaced it with the new part quickly and efficiently. This is the 2nd time they did work for me. I would recommend their service to anyone. They are an awesome company.
When I first contacted Kevin Szabo Jr for an appointment, they responded back in minutes to set it. Dave and Danny arrived on time for the appointment and quickly fixed my issue. They were so clean that after they left, I couldn’t tell anyone had been there. Awesome! ...and reasonably priced. Will use Kevin Szabo Jr. for all my plumbing needs.
