This company does not go the extra mile. It will quickly figure out a way not to do the job and charge you for it or a way to run up the bill. They send out disrespectful people too.
I’m so glad American Home Shield refunded me back my service fee after I told them what happened and how we were treated. I provided pictures of what the plumber was talking about to show them my problem was not a big deal at all and to what he was making it out to be. Another plumber came out the next morning and solved our problem in less than 5 minutes for a much much cheaper price after we were told it’s a $1,200 job by super rooter. And this is the abbreviated version...
Great job. Glen and Rob came out and examined the block in my kitchen sink for more than an hour, figured that it was much bigger block in the pipes in basement, came back the same day and fixed it all in the most professional way possible.
Joe was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Problem resolved!
Super Rooter is a 10 star service limited to a 5 star rating system. They are professional from beginning to end. The price was fair and reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I will not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them for your job. Honest and highly competent contractors are not easy to find these days. When you find one, you keep them!
