Drain Flow Sewer and Plumbing

Look no further, just call Drain Flow. I highly recommend them. Had an issue with a pipe to a utility sink, Dwayne came out the next day to repair it. He was very professional, informative and prompt. Rates were reasonable. Best of all upon entering my home, he stated he smelled gas, located where it was coming from and fixed this as well. I'm so appreciative as that could've been a deadly situation.

A couple of weeks ago my guest toilet literally exploded. It was both horrible and disgusting. Not only did it explode the water continued to overfill and we were unable to control it. We turned off the toilet and sink water valve but the water kept pouring out. I contacted a plumber I found on google that lived nearby that could come out right away before my house flooded. Needless to say the plumber came out, couldn't figure out why the water repeatedly filled up in the toilet and told us to get a wet vac to drain it out then basically left us hanging. We did the wet vac thing for hours!! We were exhausted and could not stop the water for continuing fill up in the toilet. My house was literally going to flood.nnOut of sheer exhaustion I went to google again to find an emergency plumber and connected with Duane, I believe he is the owner. He was so patience and nice over the phone and was able to quickly assess the situation and informed me that I need to turn off the main water valve. I am a single woman so really needed him to walk me through this which he did. He stayed on the phone with me, we video chatted until I was able to locate the main water valve with his instructions then he told me how to turn it off. Just like that the horror that lasted for 7 hours was fixed in a 25 minute phone call.nnDuane was an absolute life saver and he was so concerned and patience. It's not often that a plumber or any stranger will take their time to help you with an emergency situation especially at 10:30 p.m.! Thanks Duane, you are the best! I have a go to plumber now that I can trust!

We used Drain Flow for a plumbing problem that happened in the middle of the night. We talked to Dwayne, he helped us get things under control so we didn't have to pay midnight prices and he came out the next morning to fix the problem! Amazing, fast and courteous service! We will definitely be using them again!

Drain Flow (Dwayne) was able to repair a collapsed sewer line that was preventing all toilets in household from flowing to the main sewer line. Dwayne had all the equipment needed to locate how the sewer line and branch were routed underneath the floor and was able to determined it was collapsed sewer line with a camera. This was a big job that not anyone can do it right and in the timeframe that Dwayne was able to get it done in a timely manner. This was a very messy job, but the crews cleaned the basement apartment after the work was completed. Drain Flow ( Dwayne) is an expert at his craft. I liked that he took the time to explain the repair process through different stages of the sewer repair. Drain Flow (Dwayne) is the company I will be using moving forward not only for big jobs like this one but just regular plumbing jobs as well. I was very impressed with the work ,the skillset and professionalism of this company. Drain Flow is a truly a 5 Star company.

He was very precise, he made sure I understood everything he was doing before he did it, pricing is very reasonable, which he also made sure I understood the pricing before he did the work as well. I appreciate the time and effort he put into fixing my water disaster lol I definitely recommend him the best yet......
