Not surprised but still disappointed with this location. Lately this location has been low quality but my family went there one more time for only last chance. Here’s what happened: I ordered a large size of buttered noodles and the chicken. Everything was in bag so I was satisfied with that, but after i come home and eat a few bites I realize that there’s this excess oil in the bottom of the plastic bowl. After i drained the oil in the sink, I take another few bites and see black burned bits from what i’m ASSUMING the chicken. Disgusting.

The staff was nice, polite and quick. Everyone in there was wearing masks correctly and all the customers were keeping socially distant. You could only order and take it to go. There was no seating available for in door at this time due to the restrictions in the county. Food was excellent.

They need a new system! When I walked in I was second in line, by the time I left there were 10 people waiting. I waited nearly 20 minutes. It wasn't the guys working, I don't understand how you can continue to fill delivery orders, when you have people standing there waiting for food. There were seven delivery orders waiting to be picked up, three when I got there, and the entire time I was there only one was picked up. They were working hard but just couldn't keep up. The Pad Tai was Not good! I added the chicken which was rubbery. They list the calories, but they forget in my mind something just as important, 2020 grams of salt is not acceptable. I got The regular size but thank God it definitely didn't fill the bowl. Blood pressure went through the roof that night!

My visit was today. The customer service by the cashier was great. She had trouble hearing me because of my mask and was polite in communicating so. I am giving it one star because the two gentlemen who prepared my food had their mask below their nose and no gloves. The girl who garnished the dishes after leaving the back kitchen did not wear gloves either.
