I’ve been trying to reach someone for a month! Poor service no one answers nor does anyone returns calls. New leadership/employees are needed CCH has changed :( Wanted to attend the recent board meeting regarding the lack of responsiveness, but according to the website you aren’t allowed to participate over the phone ..no surprise. Do better!
Why does this place exist, they never pick up! Then on top of that my water bill jumped from 95 dollars to 279 dollars!? And my surroundings neighbors? I need answers
I have been a Resident of Country Club Hill's for 36yrs. My Late Husband was Truck Driver for 50yrs working many long hours and I was a Registered Nurse 42yrs and I as well worked many long hours. We raised our Son and Daughter in this City. I'm seeing how CCHILL'S have really gone from good to BAD.nIt's an Outrage that the City Council Members have no Respect or concerns about the Residents also underestimating our Intelligence to send out Astronomical increases in Water Bill's many Residents are Senior Citizens such as myself on fixed Incomes.nWith an excuse that makes no sense at all the Average Junior High School students would have gave a better excuse than theirs. No one return calls all their is an automated message system. No One Has Attempted To Reach out to me I've left several messages. It's a DISGRACE To The Residents!!.
This place is the WORST!!!!!! NEVER ANSWERING CALLS. INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE AND ALWAYS SAYING THEY ARE BUSY. THEY REALLY NEED NEW PEOPLE FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
