I had a situation with the fur on my hood. They quickly resolved the situation. .The service is great. I have been coming to this cleaners 10 years. They are professional and have quality service.

7 pair of yoga pants 2 pair of pants leggings submitted for service for hole repairs and semtrist did a HORRIBLE job! Some of my yoga pants were sewed inside out and some thread was loose. Basically paid $117 for a job my 8 yr old cousin could have donenNever again.....would not recommend. Save your money!

I have been taking my clothes to this cleaners for over 12 years. I must say they do an excellent job. I have never had to complain once. I encourage everyone to please try it out.
