Majority of the machines are broken. Some without “ out of order” signs to even make customers aware. This results in loss of money to the customer because there is not an attendee to process a refund or even a credit for having to use a different machine to wash or even dry your clothes. There aren’t any customer service numbers posted in, around or near this business either. Also the facility is not well kept as far as cleanliness.
No have hot water for long time ago, open 24 hr. only change bills of 1,5 and 10, always very clean and good parking in front and lot in the back, relax music always. Enough machines all sizes, they have enough forms and pen for filled out forms when machines do not work or stoked coins and return your money by mail. For me could be excellent if they provide us hot water especially in this hard times (pandemic COVID --19) Especially because hot water may help killing germs and clean better our clothes.
No one was on site for a problem I had with one of the machines. Vending machine needs to be restocked. Sink did not work, so that you could wash your hands. First time here, not impressed.☹☹
I love the dryers the heat is great and 24 hours I can go at anytime and I can have the place to myself it's nice
