I honestly have never left a review so this is a first. As a business owner i looked at multiple quotes. They came in as $700, $600 then $400. I decide to try one more estimate and got a great price from this company around $200. Like all reviews that come with carpet and furniture cleaning there are some horror stories out there let me tell you or just read yelp reviews as i did. I purposely let the gentleman clean 3 rugs just to see how the job was preformed and if there was a difference from the regular carpet shampooer i bought from home depot. And let me tell you there were huge differences. I had him finish the rest of the rooms and he didn't disappoint. He walked me through the drying time and instructions for what to do and it was great. The true test was after drying, is there going to be a soap film left on it . this was a common complaint i saw on reviews with other companies and there was none. Job was perfect, service perfect, timing was perfect, price was perfect. This company will be employed by us quarterly at this point and time. I highly recommend them. If you don't know i suggest having them clean a small portion of what you need so you can see what i saw.
