Nearly every time I’ve had to deal with this locations pharmacy it is nothing but a headache. I’ve used other locations in the past without the same issues. The pharmacy customer service is extremely lacking and do not care if something needs done, you have to constantly call and keep on top of them to get anything done that requires your dr office to communicate. They will claim they haven’t heard anything back from your doctor but ask them to double check, 90% of the time they received a message but didn’t check it.nAdditionally since I’ve recently started using prescription savings cards (more than 1) I have noticed Walgreens is on average $10 or more expensive than any of their competitors, usually a lot more expensive. I use to trust this company that they cared for their customers genuinely but it’s transparent they no longer do.
