I have to begin by saying the Taco Bell in my town of Dry Ridge, KY is absolutely horrible with 30 minutes wait times as the standard.nnOur wait in the drive thru took about 10 minutes. Our order was correct, the people were pretty friendly. Of course our food was made to order. The parking lot could've been cleaner.
I have been here exactly one time and they didn't get my order right. I went through the drive-thur, got some tacos and a chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was sorely lacking, I couldn't even tell that there was chicken in it. And to top it off they forgot my sauces and I asked before I drove off. Now you may say why didn't you check, the bag was taped together that is why I asked. Really what is tacos without the sauce. I did call them when I found their error and was told I could come back to get some, really l was already home. I guess I'm just tired of all the incompetence.
This location has actually gone straight down hill got home after ordering my food to find my sons food is missing from the order and no one can answer the phone you know thats totally cool
Not bad, the soft tacos were really nice and full!
For the life of me I can’t understand why the people that work here do not understand what NO LETTUCE means. And don’t you dare try to call and let them know bc you’ll get treated just as rudely as you did during your order!! This place is a joke.
